Terms of Service

The agreement, in plain English.

1. Not a Law Firm

LexGo Resolve is a software platform that provides legal information, not legal advice. We are not a law firm and using the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and LexGo Resolve. For advice tailored to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. Subscription

The platform is offered on a $95/month subscription. The subscription auto-renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. AI Output is Informational

Our AI agents extract information, identify potential claims, and suggest outcome ranges. These outputs are informational and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI output for legal decisions with real-world consequences.

4. Acceptable Use

Use the platform in good faith. Do not misrepresent facts, attempt to manipulate other parties or our agents, upload malware, attempt to access other users' data, or use the platform to harass others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these standards.

5. Settlement Agreements

Stipulations generated by the platform are based on terms both parties expressly agree to. Once signed, they are intended to be binding agreements between the parties. We strongly recommend having any settlement agreement reviewed by a licensed attorney before relying on it for matters of significant value.

6. Data & Privacy

Your dispute data is yours. Our handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LexGo Resolve is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and displayed in the app at least 30 days before taking effect.
