The promise

• ✓Everything you tell our agents stays between you and your subscription.
• ✓Documents you upload are encrypted and never seen by humans except you.
• ✓The other party only sees what you choose to share in the Settlement Zone — and even then, our Mediator filters inflammatory language so no raw outburst is ever delivered.
• ✓Attorneys you invite (or who invite you) only receive case data after you sign a written authorization.
• ✓We never sell, rent, or share your information with marketers, data brokers, or AI training datasets.

What we do collect

We collect only what we need to run the platform:

• Account info: email, name, phone (if provided), authentication tokens.
• Subscription info: handled by Stripe; we receive a customer ID and subscription status, never your card number.
• Dispute content: facts, timeline, parties, documents, intake conversations, settlement messages, stipulations.
• Operational metadata: when you logged in, what features you used, how the agents performed (used to improve quality, never tied to identifying details in any analysis).

Who has access

• You. Always. Full access to all your data.
• Our AI agents. Within your dispute. They process your data to do their jobs and don't carry information between unrelated disputes or users.
• No human at LexGo Resolve reads your dispute content unless you explicitly request support assistance for that specific dispute.
• Attorneys you connect to. Only after you sign a written authorization granting access to your dispute.
• Other parties in your dispute. Only what the Settlement Zone explicitly shares (mediated messages and proposals you submit).

Your rights

• Access — Export everything we have on you, anytime.
• Correction — Edit your account information at any time.
• Deletion — Delete your account and all associated data. Standard 30-day window for re-subscription, then permanent deletion.
• Portability — Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — Opt out of any analytics or product-improvement processing.
